With more than 20 years of the sales operation and senior management experience in the China sales operation, Carol Lau brings unique insight and expertise to her current position as Senior Vice President, leading various business operational functions including, Customer Services & Operations, Sales & Supplier Education, Supplier Marketing, Sales Processes & Development as well as the Market Intelligence & Business Analysis.

Carol joined Global Sources in 2004 as Business Analysis Manager; she led the sales support operations of the Online business unit and participated in a number of core business and operation transformation projects. In her varied and successful career with Global Sources, Carol has been responsible for online business development since 2019, with a special focus on driving business results through launching new online products and sales programs to meet market needs while enhancing customer satisfaction. Carol holds a bachelor’s degree from Lingnan University and an MBA degree from the University of Bradford.
