Carlos López-Abadía is CEO of Atento, one of the top five global CRM/BPO companies nearshoring for companies that carry out their activities in the United States and leader in Latin America. Carlos joined Atento in January 2019, following 30 years working in the technology and consultancy industries. Prior to this he worked as Director General at DXC Technology, and has also previously worked at Misys. Earlier on in his career Carlos worked at Accenture as Managing Director and has also held leadership positions at McKinsey&Co and AT&T.
