Primarily, Javier is a creative thinker and strategist with a proven international track record in creating and leading marketing strategies that contribute to the top line. Prior to joining Ricoh Europe in 2008, he was International Brand Director for Genworth Financial, a $110 billion leading insurance holding company in the United States and formerly a division of General Electric. Javier was responsible for launching the Genworth Financial brand in new markets outside the US including South America and Asia-Pacific.
