Neha is the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Strategy at Simplify Workforce, an innovative provider of workforce technologies including contingent workforce management and services procurement solutions. Neha was brought onboard in 2018 to bring products to market, drive continued rapid growth, forge strategic partnerships, and generate demand for the company and its flagship product, SimplifyVMS. Neha’s role includes oversight of the company’s global marketing strategy and brand identity, driving sales excellence and go-to-market effectiveness. 
 
Prior to joining Simplify, Neha was Vice President of Marketing at DCR Workforce, which was recently bought by Coupa Software in one of the largest acquisitions in the industry's history; under her leadership, the company was rebranded from the ground up, won numerous accolades, transformed its digital presence and capabilities, and built a best-in-industry demand generation platform. Neha has an extensive background in marketing strategy, technology-driven project management, and management and IT consulting, working across many mid-market, enterprise, and public sector clients as an independent consultant. She graduated with an International MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain in 2012. Additionally, she has an MBA with a concentration in finance and marketing and a BA in English from Florida Atlantic University, as well as several professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
